1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Web Surge Socials website and the services provided by Surge Socials OU, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We design, build, and ship custom websites and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are agreed in writing for each project.

3. Quotes & payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A 50% deposit is typically required to begin work; the balance is due on delivery.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur reasonable interest charges as permitted by law.

4. Revisions & scope

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the agreed scope. Work outside the original scope is quoted separately.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing materials or feedback may extend timelines.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for your project, excluding any third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or pre-existing tools we may license or use. We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Warranty & liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of the project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
